Information we process
The app stores your onboarding choices, preferences, completed workouts, workout duration, estimated calories and programme progress. This information is stored on your device. If you choose Sign in with Apple, your account identifier, Apple-provided profile information and workout history are also synced to Firebase so your progress can be restored across devices.
Purchases, analytics and diagnostics
RevenueCat and Apple process subscription status and purchase information. Firebase Analytics processes app interactions that help us understand feature use. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash and diagnostic information that helps us improve reliability. We do not use your information for third-party advertising and we do not sell personal information.

- RevenueCat: subscription entitlement and purchase status
Retention and deletion
Cloud account data is retained while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account and synced data inside the app under Profile → Account → Delete account. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions are managed separately in your Apple Account settings.
Your choices
You can use the app without linking an Apple account. You can manage reminder and audio preferences in Settings. You may request access to or ask questions about your data by contacting us.
